Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Jewel Your Life website.

Please note that flowers, petals, leafs, semi-precious stones, corals, pearls, shells & handmade beads vary slightly in size, colour and weight. While every effort is made to represent the products accurately, images shown may vary slightly from the actual product. Every jewellery made of these natural components on this website is exclusive – one-of-a-kind product.

Jewel Your Life is committed to protecting your privacy as an online customer. Jewel Your Life does not under any circumstances, share or sell names or any other way distribute information about our online visitors. The information you provide will only be used to manage your purchases.

As an online store, Jewel Your Life is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are ready to accept orders at any time. It’s fast, easy, and it’s safe. At Jewel Your Life I make every attempt to ensure that only in-stock items are available to order.

Jewel Your Life e.U. is registered in Vienna, Austria.

Delivery costs: The price for postage and packaging will be discussed upon order and individual wish for different delivery possibilities. All order over 500€ are dispatched for free – including the insurance.

 

Delivery times: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the payment, for products which are in stock. Please allow 4-6 working days for postal delivery to Europe and 7-12 days for the rest of the world. Delivery in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.

If your order is sent by Recorded Delivery (items over 200€), I will include the postal tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post office to arrange collection.

 

Prices: Prices are as set out on the website and include 20% VAT. The prices do not include delivery and picking charges, which are added to your order on checkout. I reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Jewel Your Life accepts no liability for all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data.

 

Returns: I am happy to accept returns on all damaged items or miss-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact me prior to sending back any items so that I can deal with your query as swiftly as possible. In cases where the item is not to your expectations or you change your mind, please contact me within seven days of receipt. Shipping costs for the return and subsequent product mailing are the full responsibility of the customer. For your protection, please send your return via an insured traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope as Jewel Your Life can not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

NOTE: I do not accept exchanges or returns of sale or promotional items.

 

Repair policy: Due to the delicate hand-crafted nature of Jewel Your Life jewellery, some damage may occur during the life of the product. For damage caused by normal wear and tear and occurring after the 30-day warranty period, I am happy to repair damaged goods and/or packaging materials for a small fee based on materials, labour and shipping costs. I will make every effort to keep the cost as low as possible and will notify you of the fees in advance.

NOTE: Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer requesting the repair. If you have an item in need of repair, please email me at info@jewelyourlife.com. Please send me a description of the piece (providing the article number from the website if available) and how it has been damaged.

Caring for your Sterling silver:

  • Sterling silver will tarnish over time. This is a clear indication that your items are real sterling silver. To care for your new handmade jewellery from sterling silver, you can gently rub them with a polishing cloth. Orders with a minimum of 250€ on their first product order will receive a free polishing cloth.

Caring for your jewellery in general:

  • Do not put your jewellery in contact with water & cosmetics (any kind of creams, perfumes, oils etc.)
  • Store them in their pouches on a dry place
  • Remove all jewellery while sleeping or doing sports

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Cheque or Postal order (10€ of additional costs will be added if you choose to pay with the cheque)

Please note that orders will not be dispatched until receipt of bank transfer, PayPal credit, the Cheque or Postal order.

 

Discounts: Each customer will get a Bonus card with the first order. The bonus card contains 10 fields, each represents 50€ value. When all the 10 fields will be stamped, you will get 50€ discount on your next purchase.

 

VAT Exemption: Jewel Your Life is registered in Austria and as such can bill customers excluding VAT under the
following circumstances:

  • VAT registered customers within the EU, excluding Austria
  • Customers who send us VAT numbers prior to placing an order
  • Orders placed once we have agreed that it will be VAT exempt
